The AirMaks Katran Pro Standard is a precision-built, sub-12 ft·lbs PCP air rifle available in .177 and .22, combining balance, consistency and field-ready performance. It features an externally adjustable regulator for superb shot-to-shot consistency, a 300-bar air system delivering high shot counts, and a smooth biathlon-style side lever for effortless cycling. The AirMaks Katran Pro Standard is a precision-engineered mechanical PCP air rifle designed for shooters who demand consistency, balance and true field versatility. Built in a full-length rifle configuration, it offers superb stability and natural handling, making it equally at home on the range or in the field. Available in .177 (4.5mm) and .22 (5.5mm) at the UK-legal sub-12 ft·lbs power level, it delivers refined performance with exceptional shot-to-shot reliability.
At the heart of the Katran Pro Standard is its externally adjustable precision regulator, allowing shooters to fine-tune airflow and achieve outstanding consistency. Paired with a 300-bar regulated PCP system and a 300cc air cylinder, the rifle provides impressive shot capacity, achieving approximately 250–300 shots per fill in .177 and 180–220 shots per fill in .22. The quick-fill Foster fitting, protected by a dust cover, ensures straightforward and secure refilling between sessions.
The rifle features a fully shrouded, free-floating barrel measuring approximately 520mm (20.5”), designed to enhance accuracy while keeping muzzle report to a minimum. Cycling is handled by a smooth biathlon-style side-lever action, offering fast, effortless cocking and reliable magazine indexing. A high-capacity rotary magazine is supplied as standard, along with a single-shot tray for precision bench shooting. The adjustable two-stage mechanical trigger provides a crisp, predictable release, enabling shooters to tailor pull weight and travel to their preference.
Ergonomics are equally impressive, thanks to the ambidextrous sporter stock with an adjustable cheekpiece and butt pad, ensuring a comfortable and personalised fit for both right- and left-handed shooters. An integrated Picatinny/Weaver scope rail allows secure optic mounting, while additional fore-end mounting points accommodate accessories as required. Measuring approximately 950mm in overall length and weighing around 3.1kg unscoped, the Katran Pro Standard strikes an ideal balance between manoeuvrability and stability.
