Buying an Air Rifle

Currently our air rifle / air pistol range is collection only from our Torquay, Devon location. Once you make a purchase that includes an air rifle / air pistol we will then get in touch with you to arrange a collection date that is suitable for you.

Buying a Scope, Rings or Accessories

If you are just purchasing a rifle / pistol scope, mounts or something from the accessories range, we will be able to post your order to you.

We use Royal Mail, DPD, TNT and UPS for all our UK deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched you will be updated with the tracking information.

In-Stock Items

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 working days. During peak periods, dispatch may be delayed.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders are advance purchases for items not currently in stock. Once restocked, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Restock dates may change due to manufacturer lead times.

DPD PIN Code Deliveries

If your order is dispatched by DPD, you will receive a PIN code that must be shown to the courier upon delivery. This is sent via both email and SMS from “Riviera House 3PL”.

- A valid email and phone number must be provided at checkout.
- If you don’t receive your code, check spam/junk folders.
- Delivery will fail without showing the PIN. You’ll need to reschedule.

Delivery Costs

All UK Mainland orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD. Most orders arrive within 1–2 working days.

Some very heavy and bulky items may have an additional postage cost.
